The 96^th Biennial 2011 AOH/57th Biennial LAOH New York State Convention will be held at the Hilton Pearl River, 500 Veterans Memorial Drive, Pearl River, N.Y. 10965, from Wednesday, July 13 through Sunday, July 17.

You can make a reservation with the Hilton Pearl River by calling (845) 735-9000. When making your reservation say “AOH Convention.” The room rate is $143 a night and is available two days before and two days after the convention. Reservations must be made no later than June 26, 2011.

Room reservations can also be made with the Holiday Inn Orangeburg, 329 Route 303, Orangeburg, NY 10962, by calling (845)359-7000. As with the Hilton Pearl River, when making your reservation say “AOH Convention”. The room rate is $129 a night and is also available two days before and two days after the convention. Reservations must be made no later than July 5, 2011

Dear Brother and Sister Hibernians,

On behalf of our entire convention committee, we wish you and your family the best of health, luck and happiness in 2009. This year also brings the New York State AOH and LAOH conventions and our committee has been working diligently to ensure an enjoyable and successful convention.

The 2009 convention begins with our Opening Mass at Historic Saint Mary’s Church on Wednesday, July 8th and concludes with our Installation Banquet on Saturday, July 11th.

We are pleased to partner with the Crowne Plaza Hotel in downtown Albany again for the very affordable rate of $124 per night plus tax , (hospitality suites are $144 per night, available through Liam McNabb) and we are confident that you and your guests will enjoy the sites, events and scenery that downtown has to offer. Rates include FREE hotel parking.

Attached are Convention Registration Forms and Souvenir Journal forms. Please note the early date of 6/19/09 for ordering the full package – and late date of 6/30/09 for individual event tickets. We strongly encourage you to register and order your tickets as early as possible as this will assist our committee in the planning of each event.
